Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-Order pieces ship from the date stated on the product. You receive an email with tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping partners
We ship with DHL within Germany and DHL Express / UPS internationally. All shipments are insured and include tracking.
Packaging
Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper, tagged with the BY hangtag, and delivered in a black gift box. Shipping carton 100% recycled, paper FSC-certified.
